Oh so Trendy..............Trees!

Good Afternoon

Gorgeous weather here again in Shropshire - wow, I've really been enjoying it and hope that it lasts some time yet.

This morning in class we used Trendy Trees, which is a gorgeous two-step stamping set.  Unfortunately one of my ladies was not able to attend as she's suffering badly from asthma with today's hot/humid weather, I wish her a speedy recovery.

Garden Whimsy.....and fly fishing Craft Class

Good Afternoon everyone

Fabulous craft class this morning, my ladies had to work really hard in their two hours as we did loads of techniques, embossing using the cuttlebug, heat embossing, colouring using gel pens, chalking and using crystal effects.................  They all went away really happy and very impressed with their cards which is always music to my ears!

One card used non su products, if you'd like to see this one please pop over to my Non SU page on my blog, it will be at the bottom and called Fly Fishing (class 12.06.2010).  The other card using Garden Whimsy was inspired by Kaz, my SU "sister".

Stamp set used: Garden Whimsy
Punch used: corner rounder
Stampin Pastels used for colour with versamark inkpad

I'm sooooooooooo excited, I've received a beautifull blogger award from Jamie, thank you so much.  This is my first ever award!

Right, so the rules are that I have to tell you 10 things about myself.
1) I,  like Jamie,  am an Aries
2) Procrastination is the name of the game and I'm very good at it if I dont like something.

4) I love my dogs and taking them out for wonderfull walks
5) I'm happily married and have been for nearly 6 years

7) I love going to the gym, when I can tear myself away from crafting
8) I work part time
9) I love my garden
10) I have some wonderfull friends

Now I need to nominate a few other deserving people and they are:

Rain, rain and a bit more rain.  I guess it's good for the garden.

No SU project to show you today but I've added a couple of cute (in my opinion) cards to my NON SU projects gallery page - take a peak and let me know what you think.

Good glorious afternoon everyone.

What a beautifull day we've had so far, let's hope that it continues into the evening since I have a bbq planned for tonight - take advantage while the sun shines I say!

Received a new swirly die today and could not wait to try it out.  It goes so very well with one of my favourite stamp sets that I had to have a play.  I'm entering this card into the Charisma Cardz Challenge!
