All About Flowers (Build a blossom & Manhatten Flower)

Good Morning All

Hope you're having a good weekend so far, I'm watching the clouds and living in hope that it's not going to rain today, however this may well be wishfull thinking but will water the flowers.

Yesterday we had a lovely class and it was all about flowers for both cards.  The first of our cards was a "simple" pop up card using the Build a Blossom stamp set and punch.  I say simple but that's because it only had one central pop-up element inside, to deal with instead of a few.  This card did take some time to construct though with all bits used.

For our second card we used the Manhatten Flower embossing folder.  We encorporated dry and heat embossing on this one using the vanilla embossing powder and then painted in the flower which is ever so pretty.

Take a look and let me know what you think.

  4. I love the pop up card, it must be a nice surprise opening it as a receiver! The second card is just great and totally my personal colour scheme!
